It is my honour and pleasure to extend the organizing committee's warmest and sincere welcome to all members, guests and invitees to the ISP North Perak Annual Dinner '97.
              My sincere thanks and appreciation goes to members of the organising commitee who gave their tireless effort and commitment to the succes of this function. It is not a small feat for ISP North Perak which is one of the smallest branches. It is also an achievement to place a note that the Branch, despite its size, has emphasised on total commitment towards the preparation of tonight's event.to the ISP North Perak Annual Dinner '97.

              My heartfelt thanks also go to each and every individual, sponsors and advertisers who have rendered their assistance, support and co-operation to make this function a success. We hope our effort and achievement is up to the expectations of all of you.
              This is the time, beside enjoying the evening, and the oppurtinity to build greater understanding and fellowship among ourselves.
              And for the first time tonight we will be hearing the live performance of an unofficial ISP band called "THE AISP" of which I am happy and proud to be a part of. I will also be your Master of Ceremony for the night.
